  • Comparative Research for all active, pending and sold listings
  • Assess costs associated with repairs or property deficiencies
  • Prepare and present a property Valuation Report

 

 

 

 

Step Two

I will guide the Preparation of Your Property for showings.

  • Review the sales process underway
  • Provide ideas to improve your property’s appeal to buyers

Step Three

I will launch a Professional Selling Campaign.

  • Review public records and property data
  • Enter your listing into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Feature your property in our advertising and marketing efforts
  • Promote your property on our  RE/MAX website
  • Publish your listing on national syndications sites
  • Arrange a showing schedule and information about your home

Step Four

I will Receive & Respond To Offers submitted for your home.

  • Review and evaluate all purchase offers
  • Track deadlines associated with your contract
  • Coordinate a bank appraisal and home inspection
  • Assist with the inspection of identified repairs
  • Handle coordination with the title company or your attorney
  • Confirm the prompt execution of contracts and documents

 

 

Step Five

I will prepare the contract to assure a Smooth & Successful Closing.

  • Review all documents for accuracy
  • Confirm that all contingencies have been properly met
  • Coordinate a closing schedule suitable for all parties
